My Story: From Chemistry to Personalised Nutrition
Welcome! I’m Anahita Wilson, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in personalised nutrition. I am also a Nutrigenomics practitioner. I help women over 60 who feel out of sorts, regain their energy, manage their weight, heart health and mental wellbeing. As a former analytical chemist, my journey to becoming a Nutritional Therapist combines my skill sets and my passion for science, with a desire to empower others on their health journeys.
My life experiences have given me a unique perspective on health and well-being. I’ve travelled the world and embraced diverse cultures and cuisines—but I also understand the challenges of a busy, global life, especially while balancing kids and ageing parents. My personal experience with my parents’ struggles with Alzheimer’s and heart disease sparked my passion for helping others live healthier, more vibrant lives—especially in their later years. Having faced my own health challenges, including PCOS and weight gain, I’ve learned firsthand how powerful diet and lifestyle can be (I’m now 17kg lighter!). Chronic conditions like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and cognitive decline often develop silently over decades. But with the right choices today, we can protect our future health and live with more energy, clarity, and joy.
My Mission: Here to help you feel like yourself again—and get your health heading in the right direction!
How I can help you on your health journey.
Ready to feel your best and prevent future health concerns? Whether you want to better manage your weight, improve energy levels, or navigate your post-menopause years, I can help. I can also check if your medication(s) may be contributing to any nutrient deficiencies and check that you are taking safe amounts of supplements.
Uncover your unique path to well-being. Our journey starts with a personalised health assessment that dives deep into your health history and lifestyle to better understand the root causes of any functional imbalances. Together, we’ll identify areas for improvement and create a science-backed dietary and lifestyle plan for lasting change. You’ll gain the knowledge and tools to help you achieve your individual health goals, empowering you to feel your best for years to come.
